Minneapolis MN Cars & Coffee, Satruday October 4th.

Hey guys,
Last month we had another over 250 car turnout. Despite the location change and the fact that the last Wings & Wheels was putting on a great show in Wi, we still had the best show yet.
The Motorplex is a perfect location for this event, we had plenty of room for more cars and spectators had room to park their cars. (We are actually going to have spectator parking set up in a specific area of the Motorplex) in order to accommodate all of the C&C cars.
This month we are planning a drive to Afton (Rolling shot photoshoots for you photogs) and photoshoot up the. From there we will drive down to the Freight House in Stillwater for lunch. If you are interested in going to the lunch, please post or PM me an RSVP so we can give them an idea of how many people to expexct so we can get our own areaWe are still planning on doing November as long as we don’t get any snow before that (doubtful) but we will put something together duning the cold months.
Thanks to all of you who attender our events so far. 09 will be lots of fun and we have some great things planned.

1740 Motorplex Ct. Chanhassen MN (About 10 minutes away from the old location)

For people traveling east of 494 we would encourage you to take the Crosstown (62) extension (HWY 5) the where it becomes 212, exit on Powers Blvd (Which is 1 exit past 101) go right, drive approx 500 ft and turn left on Lyman (at the light) travel approximately 1 mile, turn right on Audubon and we will be 1.1 mile on the left.

Looks like the weather will be perfect for our last event of the year!
We will be leaving at 11am sharp for our drive to Afton.

What a great end to the season. We had another 250+ car turn out for our last event of the year. The drive out to Afton was a little crowded but we still had over 50 cars with us there. Thankfully there were no tickets and the only incident was bumper to bumper traffic into Stillwater. Stay tuned to this thread for more pics and videos of the whole day.
The snow is coming so this will be the last C&C but we are going to try and put together some fun stuff in the winter months to keep us exited for next year.
I want to thank some people that helped make this event happen for us this year:
1) Mark at Morries Maserati/Bentley of Minneapolis. He has been a strong supporter of ours and has always brought something special from his inventory for us to view. Thanks for going out of your way to invite customers and even giving them a car to drive for the day. Morries also provided pastries for us and gift bags for the people that attended the lunch for our final event in 08. ( Maserati of Minneapolis - Maserati Dealer in Minneapolis, MN )
2) Matt Desmond. His videos truly showcase our event at a different level. Stay tuned for more good things to come out of Matt in 09 as he always seems to outdo himself. ( Middle Path Productions on Vimeo )
3) Bruno from the Minneapolis Auto Motorplex. Bruno has been very cool in allowing us to use his fantastic facility for our last 2 events of the year. ( AutoMotorPlex - MPLS )
4) Alex for his great photography month after month. This dude has truly stepped up his game and is taking some of the best pics I have seen for any Cars & Coffee event. ( Picasa Web Albums - Alex )
5) Last but not least, the actual enthusiasts that make it out month after month. Every month we have a strong showing from the Porsche, BMW, Lotus, VW, Audi, Corvette, NSX, Ferrari, American Muscle and many other groups that bring out their awesome rides for all to check out.
We have some great hings planned for 09. Stay tuned for more Minnesota, drives, Cars & Coffee, track events, Autocrosses, car shows and social events.
