Ryan@Speedware is on a distinguished road
Hello Bimmer Forums

Hey guys I just wanted to introduce my self and say Hi. My name is Ryan currently I drive a 97 Volkswagen GTi. The car has a VR6 which will be getting a "small" turbo in hopes of about 400whp, I'm building a cage in right now and hope to finish it up this weekend. I did all the upholstery work in the car, went from black to salsa red and now going back to black. Car will be getting Leather Recaro Pole Positions and I will be doing diamond stitch in the seat centers to match the headliner and much more and I will keep you guys updated. Anyways here is some info about Speedware Motorsports and if you guys have any questions let me know!

Speedware Motorsports was founded in 1994 by motorsports enthusiast Shaun Duncan, who had a passion for everything from Formula One to NHRA competition, but was having trouble finding parts for racing his own Lotus Super 7 and Husquvarna motorcycle. Taking his inspiration from the work ethic, professionalism, and complex dynamics of top tier race teams in CART and Formula One as well as the customer service model of high-end retailers such as Nordstrom, Shaun assembled a team of dedicated professionals which has grown from two guys in a garage with only a broken Mickey Mouse phone in the office to a dual-location fully networked global presence staffing more than 25 highly skilled experts in their respective fields.

Speedware is now known as the one-stop-shop for all things motorsports. We are not the impersonal warehouse or big-box store; rather, we pride ourselves on providing a friendly and well-stocked atmosphere where we know our customers (and they know us) by name. We encourage enthusiasts and novices alike to stop down, browse for ideas on any of our numerous display cars, or simply relax in the latest performance seats in front of our home theatre entertainment system. We have a 25,000 sq ft. service and fabrication center and a 5,000 sq ft retail centers. If you're not in the area, don't let that stop you! Some of our best friends we know only by the sound of their voice over the phone, or through the proud photos they email us once their latest purchase is installed!

Today as much as ever, Speedware is fueled by its employees' passion for all things engine-driven, and a desire to satisfy customers who demand only the best for their own cars. In a field where shops tend to come and go with regularity, Speedware stands alone as a lasting community and industry leader. Our commitment to you, our customers, is to continue to provide the highest quality products and service available, as your patronage is what has made us what we are today.

We are excited to be a part of the forum and hope to see you guys around
