m3 drive train into 325is

i have a 93 325is... im doing the m3 drive train swap. I have the engine and trans in and mounted in the car..and running. I put the m3 diff in and attached to the m3 drive shaft, however the stock 325 axles do not bolt up to the m3 diff. Does anyone know if i can swap the flanges on the diff to use the stock axles, or will i have to swap over the to the m3 axles and hubs. does anyone know anybody that have done a swap like this?? I dont feel like swaping the hole sub frame just for the axles... thanks
