Video Video - MINI John Cooper Works & MINI John Cooper Works Clubman

Just days ago MINI released pictures of John Cooper Works S lineup, now the company has released a video showing the new models on a racetrack. The cars feature a 1.6L engine with 211hp, a sport tuned suspension, larger brakes, and a strengthened six-speed manual transmission. The exterior gets a JCW body styling kit, 17” alloy wheels, polished stainless steel exhaust tips, and a hood scoop. Interior upgrades include piano black trim, Anthracite roof lining, and a ten speaker audio system. JCW badging is applied to all the usual locations, making sure no one confuses this model with a standard MINI.
The Cooper S takes 6.5 seconds to reach 62mph, while the Clubman accomplishes the task in 6.8 seconds. Top speed for both models is 148mph, while fuel economy is expected to be 40mpg.
