Hi Everyone...

I'm new to this board. Thought I'd take a moment to introduce myself. I'm just your average BMW fanatic with my car currently in the shop having a few pieces and parts removed, replaced and painted (thank you lady driving the Tahoe).

The good news about this is that it MIGHT be back in my hands by the middle of next week.

Sorry to hear about your "introduction" to the tahoe. Maybe you can take this opportunity to make some enhancement to the car as it's being put back together.

Where about in Houston are you? I'm in Midtown.

Actually, I'm in Pearland, but I say "Houston" since it's more recognizable. And, for mods, it'll cost me $500 just to get it out of the shop. No mods for now.

After the fact, 'witnesses' said I cut into her. The only upside, if you want to call it that, is that the police found me at fault, but did not site me. I know in my heart what happened, but I can't prove it at this point in time.

So, my rates will go up accordingly over the next three years to reimburse Farmers Insurance and to compensate the higher rate, I'll need to raise my deductible.

I've posted two before/after photos in another recent thread. For anyone living in the Houston area, I can recommend my new-found body shop. They're really good. The photo will prove it.

BTW, thanks for the well wishes guys. I needed it.

I am sure that there was some texting, dialing or eating involved in the Chevy.

Sorry about your car. Hopefully you will get the whole car repainted.
