07 Z coupe aftermarket

does anyone know of any companies that make a good cold air intake for my 07 Z4 coupe? I wanted to install a throttle body and an intake but havent been able to find anything. Is it just because its still a new model that no one has made anything for it yet?

Its a new model and its low production and its a slow seller. All this compounded by the fact that BMW has new turbo models and a new M3 out and the tuners aren't really motivated to develop parts for our cars.

GruppeM makes a nice carbon fiber intake if you really want one, but I don't think your going to get anything but sound out of it without corresponding software. Its pricey too (~$800+). (that being said, I might still get one, 'cause its just kinda cool) The Dinan throttle bodies will be nice, but once again, no real sense in getting them until software becomes available.

Dinan is saying first quarter '08 for software, CAI and exhaust, but if history repeats itself the exhaust will be cans only.

I've got a 4.10 LSD, Power Pulleys (underdrive), light weight wheels and a full TCK suspension...other then some noisy monoball/front camber plates, I couldn't be happier.

SuperSprint makes a full exhaust (including headers). BMS makes a VERY NICE X-pipe back exhaust that has shown 5-10HP gains in the mid-range.

Hope this helps, there's def some stuff out there but you're probably not going to see a Dinan SC or as many options as other models...

LSD = Limited Slip Differential
4.10 = the gear ratio
